Matt Hurlburt, REALTOR®, EcoBroker®, Group Leader and Listing Agent. Matt began his real estate career in 1995. Originally from Windsor, Vermont, Matt has been a resident of the Greater Burlington Area since 1994. Matt joined top producing agents at RE/MAX North Professionals, the number one RE/MAX office in the state of vemont in 2001. Throughout his years in real estate Matt has been committed to increasing his expertise through continuing education and attendance at Howard Brinton Seminars, an intense and high impact annual seminar attended by the elite top producers in real estate in the United States and Canada. This has made him both an informed consultant and an innovative marketer. Matt is also active in the local professional organizations and is currently serving on the board of the Vermont Association of REALTORS®.
Matt's professional focus is the marketing and selling of property in the Greater Burlington Area. The properties he has represented vary from new construction projects to investment properties, from single-family homes and condominiums. He also draws from his personal experience as a homeowner and real estate investor. One recent accomplishment was the complete renovation of a 1960 Cape Cod duplex in the New North End of Burlington.

Jessica Bridge, REALTOR®, EcoBroker®, Jessica is singularly dedicated to providing her clients with personalized service, honesty, and real estate expertise. Her clients and colleagues appreciate her energy, sharp wit, candor, and "no nonsense" approach to Real Estate. Jessica graduated with a degree in Hospitality Administration from UNLV and went on to pursue a career in high-end property management in Park City, Utah before opening Burlington, Vermont’s ½ Lounge in 2003. As an owner of three local businesses, Jess understands both the importance, and the most effective ways of locating the perfect property in the Greater Burlington area.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys distance running, yoga, working with local non-profit organizations, and spending time with her amazing family and friends.

Dan Cypress, REALTOR®, EcoBroker®, Dan has spent his career in accounting and finance and now is using his analytical skills to help his clients make smart decisions that work within their budget and lifestyle. Having worked as a manager and consultant for corporations and nonprofit organizations, he has developed an ability to explain seemingly complicated contracts and financial information. Dan is patient and thoughtful and will work closely with his clients to ensure that they understand all of the details and that they are confident with their decision.
Dan received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, has a bachelor degree in Finance from the University of Delaware and has spent the last eleven years in Vermont enjoying its people, communities and outdoor recreational activities.

Judy Brace, Closing Coordinator. Judy has been a key player for RE/MAX North Professionals since 1993. Her experience as a REALTOR for over 7 years insures that she can relate to challenges that come up during a closing escrow to real life experience. Once a property goes under deposit, Judy oversees the transaction through to its successful closing. She is responsible for the completion of contingencies and the collection of information critical to the sale.
